i took TigerStriped4s advice on using a softer brush for it and it worked so well.

Firstly I love this piece, the impact is awesome and you certainly picked the right horse and backgrounds for it! The mane in particular impressed me, in fact the entire horse is very well done. The eye is detailed and looks very realistic and the prep of the horse is good. I like that you did feathers but the hooves perhaps look a little awkward, I don't know if that is because the fetlock disguises them or not but you have done very well to place the horse in, what I would find, a difficult background.

The lighting on the horse is brilliant, it matches the sky lighting and the aura thing work really well, though if only slightly pernickety the left wall could do with being a tad lighter. However that is if you are being picky otherwise the horse stands out enough to create impact but blends very well with the background in an artistic fashion.

Finally I would just like to say that this piece really is amazing, particularly if this is one of your more early pieces and there is no way I would be able to produce anything this good! I don't claim to be any good at manips, what I say is not the words of a well educated artist but that of someone who is also trying to learn this art, therefore I do not intend this to sound like I know better because I really don't.
